The Palladium Certified Coach program is grounded in a philosophy that true transformation begins with embodiment. Rather than teaching surface-level techniques or scripted frameworks, Palladium emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of how change actually occurs. Coaches are trained to work skillfully with both conscious and unconscious dimensions of human behavior, enabling consistent, ethical, and client-centered outcomes.

This 12-week live training program (18 weeks end-to-end) blends instruction, practice, and mentorship to support your development as a highly capable and competent transformational coach, guide, and catalyst of positive change.

FAQs
WHAT'S THE TIME INVESTMENT LIKE?
This program includes live coaching sessions with your cohort, self-study between live virtual classroom sessions, and practicums where you apply learnings and gain experience. All in, student time requirement can be planned for no more than 125 hours across 18 weeks (or longer as needed).
WHAT'S REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION?
Students will need to participate in all scheduled sessions (or pre-coordinate alternative) and complete all required practicums, as well as complete a 1:1 conversational exam with Mandy at the end of the program in order to receive the certification.
ARE THERE PRE-REQUISITES TO JOIN?
Completion of the Palladium Mind 4 Keys program is the only pre-requisite of certification, but there are no pre-requisites for joining the training aside from the two-way qualifying Discovery Call with Mandy (bookable on this webpage).

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF CERTIFICATION?
Total cost of the training program is $3,500 USD (payment plan is $3,900 total); there is also going to be a suggested reading list / curriculum where you as a student can select which texts that you want to consume to supplement the learning which will occur during your live virtual classroom sessions with Mandy.
For anyone who wishes to join the training and complete all training requirements who has not previously completed the 4 Keys program through Palladium Mind, it’s possible you can complete the 4 Keys in tandem with this program, enabling you to attain certification if you so desire. You can start with a Discovery Call in either case.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS?
75% of the requirements of this program will be completed during the formal 18-week period.
10% of certification requirement will be fulfilled by your 4 Keys completion (which may have been completed already by some of you, or will need to be scheduled before Q3 of 2026).
The remaining 15% of certification requirements are fulfilled by coaching practicums, which can occur during the program with other students, or after the class graduation, as long as they are completed and submitted to your coach for review prior to Dec 15, 2026.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE DISCOVERY CALL?
This program includes a great deal of contact with your coach and personalized feedback to support deep personal transformation in the process of achieving a professional coaching certification. The Discovery Call is available for those who are actively discerning this opportunity. It makes sense for someone who already understands that the return, or benefit of investing in this training program will far outweigh the program tuition of $3,500. If the cost isn’t making sense to you from the perspective of ROI, we don’t suggest that you book the Discovery Call at this time.
DO I GET 1:1 TIME WITH MANDY?
1:1 coaching sessions with Mandy are not included in the cost of certification, but there is a possibility that they can be arranged for a supplemental fee on a case-by-case basis. Sets of 3 can be purchased for $1,000; please let Mandy know if you would like to have this support.
