Problems are easy to solve when we understand their nature and how they work. Method is simply a structure that supports transformational results by ensuring root cause resolution and impact. With the right method and support, anyone can replicate the results others have created. And with mastery of the fundamentals, everything becomes possible. There is no one-size-fits-all experience, but a capable method can help everyone because it leverages the fundamentals of change itself.

A capable method has four components: focus, tools, strategy, and approach. Focus, tools, and approach enable the strategy to work. These are the same components of root cause resolution for any problem. We just happen to specialize in applying these components to our clients’ most important intangible goals and outcomes.

Focus

The component of focus includes the aspect of the situation that you direct attention toward in order to create the best effect with your strategy. The best focus allows you to know your efforts will be meaningful because you’re working on the actual root cause. It requires very little effort when done correctly. It’s where we can generate massive leverage with our time and energy. In fact, finding the best focus is the highest leverage thing anyone can do.

Strategy

The component of strategy is the actual mechanism of change itself: the steps required to achieve the desired outcome. An effective strategy for intangible impact allows us to address the conscious and unconscious, physical and non-physical parts of the picture with precision, confidence, ease, and speed. We use a strategy that is predominantly mental in nature, making it accessible, enjoyable, and more successful for others to implement. This strategy is lower resistance and easier to finish than others you might have experienced before.

Approach

The way we bring change about must be congruent with the result we want to create. The component of approach includes the way you guide yourself and accept help from someone else in a way that supports the outcome you want to create. Your attitude and approach to any task have everything to do with the outcome you create through your efforts. An aligned approach creates the conditions necessary for resolution to occur. Tools

The tool you need depends on what that task is. Certain functions cannot be completed without special tools. The right tools not only make the job easier, but make change possible. For some tasks, not having the right tools is a non-starter. The component of tools includes the accessories that are needed to implement the strategy effectively. Tools will allow you to get access to the heart of the problem, and give you the necessary influence over it to make a difference.
